Magex Ltd., a leading European provider of Person-to-Person
(P2P) and Person-to-Merchant (P2M) Internet and mobile
payment services today announced that Michael
Keegan, formerly
Magex
Chief Operating Officer has been promoted to the position
of Magex Chief Executive Officer, and that Steven L. Fingerhood
has been named to the position of Magex Chairman.
Michael Keegan has been with Magex in the capacity of Chief
Operating Officer for almost 18 months and prior to that
spent 5 years with MasterCard International. Keegan takes
over from Josh Groves who will remain with Magex in his
new role of Vice-Chairman. Steven L. Fingerhood has been
a Director
of Magex since its inception in early 2000. Josh Groves
will be based predominantly in the United States where
he will
focus on spearheading Magex's move into the Americas
and Asia Pacific regions.

Magex has enjoyed incredible success
over the last 12 months and is very pleased to have both
MasterCard and Royal Bank of Scotland as customers amongst
others. I am looking forward to building on this success

him for all that he contributed during his time as CEO.

based predominantly outside the UK, I expect to remain

Further changes include the appointment of Lester Hochberg
as a Magex board member, and

Lee, as Magex Sales Director.
